DialerAccess is now known as "Premium Billing", and their new system is performing better than any dialer has for the last 2 years.
We've been quite amazed considering how this system works.

- Can be promoted like any other dialer system you've used in the past. You can use our content, or your own. Blind links, hard links, thumb links, skimmed links, 404 traffic, redirects, popups. Any form of linking is allowed, and you can get started right away by promoting our own content site that's already built into the system!
- HTML coding. No ActiveX, and no exe. ActiveX and exe systems are now blocked by just about every virus checker, spyware checker and mail checking system around. Up to 70% of people never even see other dialer systems anymore! And those that can then struggle with Windows XP SP2!
This system bypasses all of that, and therefore is accessable to EVERYONE!
- Fully integrates into your own pages. No extra downloads for users. The system can be place RIGHT THERE, inside your own page design.
- (T)imed (A)ccess (C)alls. Not yet functioning during BETA, this system will allow you to set site access times and call length requirements for your OWN websites and products!
For example, you could set the system to allow 1 days access to your content for every 5 minute call. Basically any figures you want (within our fair use policy)! You can even set these on a per country and per product basis, making this even more flexible than credit card billing systems!

All About Phone Boxes
The "Phone Box" is the future of "Dialers". As many of you know, dialers are starting to fall away in performance due to many reasons. But the biggest issue has been people abusing them. Hacking the exe's to force them to autodial, meddling with the ActiveX versions etc.
Because of these people, the following actions have occurred;
- ALL dialers are now blocked by Anti Virus programs.
- The best routes from many countries (especially USA) have banned their use from any dialers. This means that the routes currently in use by most dialers today are only able to be accessed by a small percentage of people in the countries affected.
- Windows XP SP2 has added to the dialer woes with it's crippling of ActiveX scripts.
Basically, these 3 things have completely crippled dialers, and there's no way foreward for them in their current form.
That's where the Phone Box takes over.
The "Phone Box" is a simple table based HTML code that can be inserted into your own webpages via an iframe or simple popup boxes. There no exe's and there's no ActiveX.
Therefore, these are not blocked by Anti Virus programs as there's no need for them to be, because they can not be hacked and abused. For this reason they also have the best routes from all countries. Routes that have been missing in dialers for years!
And finally, because there's no ActiveX whatsoever, SP2 has no impact on them at all.
