• Why do you offer to beat other rates?
  
  It's quite simple really. We are not in this business for short term profit. We understand that we rely on you to make us successful, and in order for us to remain successful, we absolutely MUST keep you happy as a webmaster.
  Adjusting our rates to beat others achieves two goals. It keeps you happy, and thus ensures that you will stay with us - which in turn is good for us.
  Our number one priority is keeping our webmasters as happy as possible, and as long as we can continue to achieve a profit (no matter how small), then we will do whatever it takes to beat - or at least match - your other offers.
  
  
  
  
• Which network do you utilize?
  
  DialerNET™ connects through Premium Billing (Previously DialerAccess).
  We no longer bother with other dialer networks, as none of them come close to the performance and reliability of Premium Billing.
  
  
  
  
• Can we use our own content?
  
  When the BETA testing finishes, you will not only be able to use your own content, but you will be able to set access times and call requirements!
  For example, you will be able to set the system to allow 1 days access to your site for every 5 minute call a user make. You can set these figures to anything you want, on a per country and per product basis. This makes the system even more flexible than even a credit card billing system!
  
  
  
  
• Do you offer ActiveX AND exe systems?
  
  No. Both ActiveX and exe's are now blocked by just about every virus checker, spyware checker and mail checker system. Our system uses basic HTML and nothing else, and is therefore IMMUNE to blocking!
  
  
  
  
• How often am I paid?
  
  We pay WEEKLY with NO HOLD. Payments are sent within 5 business days of the end of each week (period).
  The period starts on Mondays, and ends on Sundays. Payment will be sent by the Friday/Monday of the following week.
  
  
  
  
• How are we paid?
  
  We pay by Check, Wire or PayPal.
  Wires will be charged a $20 fee. PayPal is free from us, although PayPal may charge a small fee at your end.
  The minimum payout is $100 for wires, $50 for checks, and $20 for PayPal.
  AUSTRALIAN WEBMASTERS, we can wire you your money free of charge direct in Australian dollars for the US equivalent owed to you - this saves you time and conversion fees.
  
  
  
  
• Can I use the word "Free" when promoting your dialer?
  
  No, you most definitely can not. Anyone doing so will have their account terminated, and all money owed will be forfeited.
  
  
  
  
• Can I use blind links?
  
  Sure, as long as they do not use the word "free", or any illegal descriptions (Child Porn, Beasty, rape etc).
