• DialerNET™ will pay you all owed funds except under the following conditions;
  1) You knowingly break any of the above terms and conditions.
  2) We do not receive funds from our supplier. We go out of our way to ensure that we only supply financially stable networks, and immediately pull any networks if we become suspicious of their financial situation. We've done this in the past, and we'll continue to do so in the future. That said, those of you that have been using dialers for some time know that sometimes even the largest networks close down unexpectedly. In those situations, it takes us by surprise as much as you. Should a situation like that present itself in the future, we can not be held responsible for payments when we ourselves have not been paid.
